As the founder of Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations, Jean Pomeroy has practiced Insight and Vipissana meditation for years and is a Certified Meditation Instructor with the University of Holistic Theology. Jean previously worked in the corporate world and saw daily the effects stress has on individuals.

Jean Pomeroy

Jean Pomeroy is a Certified Meditation Instructor through the University of Holistic Theology and the President and Founder of Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations. Jean previously worked in the corporate world for over 20 years and saw the daily effects stress had on employees. Jean created Workforce Meditations in 2015 to help employees reduce workplace stress through on-site guided meditations classes. In 2016 Jean created Lifeforce Meditations to offer the same services through video meditations to people around the globe as an avenue to live a life with more peace and ease, as well as an improved sense of overall health and wellbeing.

Jean manages Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations as well as appearing at speaking engagements throughout the United States, talking stress and the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation.


Krystel Reyes

Krystel Reyes is a Certified Meditation instructor with Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations. She has over 20 years of experience as a Holistic Practitioner and holds a degree in Transformational Psychology and is a Master Life Coach, a Certified Hypnotherapist, Holistic Nutrition Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. Krystel’s passion is to continue to teach and inspire others through laughter and love.

Janet Lee

Janet Lee has been teaching and educating others on the benefits of health and wellness for most of her life. Janet is a Certified Meditation Instructor with Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations. She is also a graduate of Alissa Cohen Culinary School in Boston and has her certification as a Living Raw Food Chef, Educator and Teacher. Janet completed the Transformational Life Coaching and Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner certification through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona.

Jackie Drenth

Jackie Drenth is a Certified Meditation Instructor with Workforce and Lifeforce Meditations. She has a varied background as she has a Bachelors in Business Management and is a Certified Nursing Assistant. Jackie has moved into holistic medicine and has been a meditation practitioner since 2012. Through her connection to mindfulness and music, Jackie now conducts sound healings using her crystal bowl collection.
