Mellowtating is the act of being present in the moment while quieting your mind to that presence, without your eyes being closed or sitting in formal meditation. There are many ways to practice Mellowtation by simply taking a moment of presence during daily activities. Whether you are folding laundry, taking a walk or putting gas in your car, you can be Mellowtating by centering yourself in the act of what you are doing focusing on your breath and quieting your mind to allow a pause from incessant thinking.
